Karate Kids

We're so proud of these three LISD karate kids! They have been learning karate in the Leong Strong Karate Program here in Levelland. Their coach HJ Sutton, says, "there is nothing more rewarding than watching these three work hard, grow, and push themselves to become better martial artists. Every practice, every challenge, and every ounce of effort has helped them get one step closer to their goals." Now Krisslynn, Eva, and Augie are headed to the Pro Mac Nationals Karate Competition! We are proud of their hard work, the time, the commitment, and their continued improvement. Karate builds discipline, confidence, perseverance, and heart along the journey. Congratulations to ABC's Augie Scott, Capitol's Krisslynn Braziel and South's Eva Trevino! Video
