ABC students and staff are celebrating April Autism Month with an outdoor obstacle course today. Their special day aims to increase understanding and acceptance of children with autism, foster support, and inspire a kinder, more inclusive world to live in. ABC youngsters completed the obstacle course and then were rewarded with cracking a confetti egg over a teacher's head. They were spreading kindness like confetti! Students purchased extra eggs to crack over Principal Mrs. Howard, AP Mrs. Brattain, or a special visitor's head! All money raised will be donated to the Burkhart Center for Autism and Research. Autism awareness was raised and a good time was had by all!
