Bakers!

ABC Kindergarteners in Mrs. Tammy Branch's class were caught studying the history of Colonial Towns and People. They learned about farm families that were self-sufficient and where all family members had chores to complete. They learned about the daily tasks of colonials in history such as spinners, tailors, hatters, bricklayers, and blacksmith's jobs. But Mrs. Branch's student's favorite activity was to make bread like the bakers! They learned about yeast and mixing. They had to knead the dough and let it rise. And finally, they got to taste the delectable baked treat they made adding some butter. Wow, this is a memorable lesson! Thank you, Mrs. Branch, for engaging students in geography, economics, and science all at once!
