If you are using Chrome and the videos are grayed out, 
do either of the following:

(1) Exit Chrome and use FireFox to watch the videos

(2) Change a setting in Chrome:
      1. Open a new tab and then copy and paste the following link in
          the URL bar (press Enter after you paste the link):
          chrome://settings/content/flash  

       2. Turn off “Ask FIrst”
           Make sure “Allow Site to Run Flash” is turned on
           Go back to this video page and refresh the page
